Erin A. Clark - Your Doula EAC

Erin has always loved the birth experience and has spent years supporting her friends during their childbirth experience. A few years ago, she decided to leave teaching Kindergarten and focus on childbirth education and supporting families transitioning into parenthood.

She has attended trainings with DONA, Mamatoto Village, Spinning Babies, Birth-Ready Method, Divine Birth Wisdom-Grandma's Hands Herbalist Course, and several other workshops and courses. 

What's most important to Erin in this work is creating an environment in birth that is nurturing, educated and smells amazing. Erin has always believed that "Every Body needs a Doula," and deserves to be pampered into motherhood while learning about the different options and choices that are available to them wherever they choose to give birth.

Attends hospital births?

All Hospitals - I am happy to attend your birth at your comfort level and am very flexible when it comes to in-person and online meetings.

I COVID test every two weeks to ensure safe contact during prenatal meetings; and always wear a mask when coming in contact with you, your partner, or baby.

Attends birth center births?

All Birth Centers - I love attending births wherever you are most comfortable.

Relevant volunteer or advocacy work

I am a Doula with the Healthy Start Doula Program run by Mary's Center serving families in wards 5, 7, and 8 in DC.

Serving families in my community is a pilar of why this work is so important to me.
